These Terms and Conditions (further known as the “Terms”) set out the various rules, regulations and procedures that apply when entering the Dashly Mortgage Holiday Competition (further known as the “Competition”).

By entering the Competition you automatically agree to the relevant Terms set out below alongside our standard account Terms of Service. 

The promoter is Dashly Ltd (company number 09619688) whose registered address is at 22 Charterhouse Square, London, EC1M 6DX (further known as the “Promoter”).

  • The competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom or an expatriate who is a UK citizen and holds a mortgage within the United Kingdom.

  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 

  • Route to entry for the competition is by finishing the sign-up to a Dashly account.

  • No responsibility can be accepted for incomplete accounts, this will not be validated as an entry.

  • Only one entry will be accepted per person. If we discover that an individual has entered multiple times by using multiple email addresses to create accounts, for example; all entries from said individual will be discounted and invalid.  

  • Closing date for entry will be 31st December, 2020 at 23:59. After this time no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil, or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter. 

  • The prize is as follows:

    • The prize is as stated - 1 month of your contractual monthly mortgage repayment (not including any overpayments) up to the value of £1,200.00 (One Thousand Two Hundred Pounds). 

    • Winner must provide his/her December 2020 mortgage statement. 

      • Mortgage statement must be in his/her name and the details must match the details on his/her Dashly account 

    • This prize is not transferable.

  • The winner will be notified by email within 30 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner at random. 

  • The prize amount will be transferred into your bank account within 7 days of winner claiming the prize.

  • The Promoter will require verification of bank details for any prize payment by way of a Bank Statement dated within the 30 days prior to the notification of winning this Competition. The name and address of the individual(s) stated on the Bank Statement must match the aforementioned Mortgage Statement and Dashly Account. 

  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third without the entrants prior consent. 

  • For the Prize to become payable, the Promoter requires a minimum of 1000 entrants into this Competition. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

  • The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Competition end date if the number of entrants is less than 1,000.
