Cloud-based mortgage and savings software provider, finova, has partnered with 24/7 mortgage monitor, Dashly, to enhance its broker proposition.
finova has started implementing Dashly into its broker CRM, a suite of customisable mortgage tools designed to help brokers run their businesses more efficiently.
Dashly works in the background to track and compare clients' financial circumstances against the entire market every day, which means the service can help brokers spot new products that meet clients’ affordability requirements.
The comparison technology is designed to alert mortgage brokers whenever there is an opportunity to transfer a client onto a product at a better rate, even considering early repayment charges.
