Performance Marketing Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to work alongside our CMO and the wider Marketing Team at Dashly, assisting them in growing a skilled, multi-disciplinary team in London.  The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting with growing Dashly’s brand via print and online marketing.

This is a very hands-on position with the opportunity to input at a senior level and make a difference across the business.  We are looking for independent, creative thinkers who are comfortable taking the initiative and working autonomously. 

The Successful applicant will be highly personable and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within this role or a similar one - ideally within Financial Services or a similar industry.

The role:

Performance Marketing 

  • Management and implementation of SEO, PPC, Meta, Affiliates and Re-targeting channels, optimising activity to drive growth. 

  • Management of Google Analytics 

  • Work closely with the CMO and Marketing Manager to deliver briefs and company roadmap for Marketing 

  • Regular reporting on campaign performance and conduct in-depth analysis for relevant stakeholders and to propose recommendations for optimisation

  • Ad hoc reporting or other administrative tasks requested by the Senior Management Team

  • Assist with the development of strategies for account structure, bid optimisation, creative testing and keyword development.

  • Ensure quality checks are carried out on marketing activity to ensure accuracy and consistency with the website.


Customer Insights

  • Work collaboratively with the Development, Product and Sales teams to analyse performance, bounce rates, quality score to prompt changes to optimise performance.

  • Present compelling cases for change to drive improvement.

  • Actively monitor competitors, specifically on search and meta channels, sharing insights on a regular basis with the team

  • Work closely & collaboratively with colleagues in the Marketing team to gain further customer insight for each market that can inform targeting, messaging and timing of online acquisition activity

Management

  • Support the co-ordination of initiatives so that common processes are used and that central initiatives and best practice are rolled out to benefit multiple markets.

  • Work closely with the Senior Performance Manager to develop and maintain relationships with key partners

  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting, with the support and input of the CMO and other Marketing Managers

You:

  • Minimum of 3 years within a Performance Marketing or similar role, ideally within Financial Services or a similar field 

  • Vast experience in SEO, PPC, Meta, Affiliates and Re-targeting channels 

  • A great team player, with the ability to work independently 

  • Highly personable with a professional approach able to create rapport with people across all levels

  • Considerable experience of online performance marketing in B2C on large scale campaigns

  • Well versed in website analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics) 

  • Extremely well organised and comfortable working to multiple deadlines 

  • Detail orientated and able to drive multiple initivaties simultaneously within a fast paced environment 

  • Highly motivated self-starter who thrives on working in a complex and rapidly evolving business and has a passion for lead gen and partner marketing
