We are looking for an outstanding Growth Manager to help us significantly scale adoption of the platform and brand. The individual will be a part of our Marketing Team and will work closely with the founders who have led marketing campaigns globally for international brands. You will have all the resources (budget, tech, creative) and the coaching necessary to scale a fintech for good brand.

What is Dashly all about?
Our mission is to give homeowners a better deal on their mortgage, getting them off expensive Standard Variable Rates and taking the waste out of the market for distributing mortgage products.
We’ve got an ambitious vision to create a suite of products that together will reshape the mortgage market for the good of all. We’re creating a platform that puts control over their mortgage back in the hands of homeowners, taking the pain out of staying informed and changing the market to drive fairer mortgage deals.
To do that we’ll gather, enrich and leverage data about consumer’s mortgages to offer lenders new, more efficient ways to design and distribute products, and we’re building tools that let advisors truly manage their customer relationships and empower them to improve the service they can offer their clients.
What’s the role?
Manage the day to day paid marketing performance, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded. Planning and implementing a cross-channel strategy to drive user growth.
You will use your expertise to create engaging and original advertising campaigns for key channels including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and more.
CRM. You will take a hands-on approach to the design and build of comms touchpoints and channel strategy to target the inactive customer base.
Brand. You will collaborate with Brand to continuously improve the quality of comms, by introducing more engaging creative and valuable content.
Work closely with customer experience, ops and tech to optimise the customer journey
Own the delivery of a test-and-learn roadmap across creative and audience optimisation. Run A/B experiments to explore the success of various marketing efforts.
Drive best-in-class execution of paid marketing campaigns that spans channel efficiency, scalability and innovation.
Deeply understand our target customers and key customer personas to successfully create ads and messages for each target group.
Analyse and report on performance while driving improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to proactively share insights and opportunities, as well as to work on broader, tactical campaigns.
Liaise with external partners and vendors for access to betas and new features.
Identify opportunities that can deliver acquisition growth.
Dashly is split between the UK and Czech Republic, you’ll mainly be working with our team in London, but will liaise with our Creative and Development teams in Prague and Brno on a regular basis.
Minimum 4 years experience in a hands-on performance marketing role, ideally in app marketing.
Deep expert knowledge in Google and Facebook Ads as well as the wider performance marketing channel mix.
Experience working with tracking and affiliate partners
You have excellent analytical & numerical skills and are proficient with Google Analytics and Excel.
You are a self-starter who likes to take ownership and can deliver projects effectively within a fast-paced, startup environment.
You have an attention to detail and enjoy diving deep into it.
You are hungry but humble! You thrive in an ambitious, goal-oriented environment and you value feedback.
Experience working in a startup environment is a big plus.
