You will get the opportunity to work across all operational departments, working with the Product, Partnerships, Marketing, Design and Development teams to support the delivery of outstanding end-to-end customer experiences and operational support.
In this role, you will;
Project Manage specific elements of the product
Deliver customer engagement strategies
Design & build insight & analysis reports
Provide business analytic support for new initiatives
Market insight & intel, competitor analysis and recommendations
Assist the Partnerships team with onboarding new customers
Passion to learn with the drive and determination to deliver work to a high quality
Analytical experience, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving with attention to detail
Proven self-starter, and a track record of getting things done
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a high level of professionalism - very polite, patient and articulate
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work-flow
Suitable for entry-level candidate as full training will be given, but previous experience in customer support or operations role will help
Be a good team player, with the ability to work independently
Highly personable with an ability to easily develop good relationships with new people across all levels.
