We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to work alongside our CMO, assisting them in growing a skilled, multi-disciplinary team in London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting with growing Dashly’s brand via print and online marketing.
This is a very hands-on position with the opportunity to input at a senior level and make a difference across the business. We are looking for independent, creative thinkers who are comfortable taking the initiative and working autonomously.
The Successful applicant will be highly personable and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a Marketing Manager role - ideally within Financial Services or a similar industry.

In this role, you will:
Develop and create briefs for the creative team, working closely with our internal teams and external partners
Own the end to end implementation and delivery of all marketing campaigns
Partner with key industry players and agencies to form strategic relationships
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns via multiple channels
Gain insight from the reported performance and assess this against the company goals
Experiment with a variety of paid and organic acquisition channels
Minimum of 3 years within a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally within Financial Services or a similar field
A great team player, with the ability to work independently
Highly personable with a professional approach able to create rapport with people across all levels
Well versed in website analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics)
Extremely well organised and comfortable working to multiple deadlines
Detail orientated and able to drive multiple initivaties simultaneously within a fast paced environment
Highly motivated self-starter who thrives on working in a complex and rapidly evolving business and has a passion for lead gen and partner marketing
