We are entering an exciting growth stage and are looking to expand our Implementation and Client Success team with the appointment of an experienced Implementation Manager.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in determining the client process workflow as well as gathering implementation requirements.
This is a hands-on position and we are looking for highly energetic, driven and goal-oriented individuals who are comfortable taking the initiative and working autonomously. Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to challenge and debate ideas.
The successful applicant will have excellent knowledge of the mortgage broking industry and experience within Process workflows and Implementation - ideally within financial services. Responsibilities of this position include leading implementations for small to large scale projects.

In this role in a nutshell, you will:
Manage the implementation of Dashly within Mortgage Broker Partner firms on nurture propositions to ensure we reach our objectives. Participating in determining the client process workflow as well as gathering implementation requirements.
Understanding CRMs of brooker firms to ensure that Dashly is implemented in the most efficient way and data is extracted from brokers systems in a timely fashion.
Working closely with in-house Data Extraction Teams.
Collaborate with the Sales Managers and Partnership Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all brokers .
Able to analyse and document a broker workflow and recommend optimisations.
Quickly acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the CRMs software suite.
Managing regularly scheduled meetings with the brokers after integration; communicating brokers concerns to management and following up; maintaining a successful, positive relationship with brokers through outstanding customer service and follow-through.
Perform Web-based training sessions for brokers as needed.
Provide feedback on the brokers database in order to make the program as effective as possible
Overall responsibility for the management of a group of assigned accounts, focusing on retention (through securing long-term contracts) as well as conducting strategic planning activities.
Demonstrates strategic thinking to understand broker goals and how to position Dashly products.
Provide professional and technical guidance on the Dashly application to ensure account satisfaction by fulfilling the brokers overall business need.
Act as a liaison between brokers and internal Dashly resources.
Develop and maintain marketing and comms materials, collaborating with the marketing team where required to ensure the suite of assets available to advisers is up to date
Skills specific to the post:
Excellent mortgage in role such as originator, processor, secondary marketing, underwriter, closer, etc and broker industry knowledge essential to this role.
Enthusiastic, likeable, and highly organised.
An ability to keep abreast of several moving conversations.
Excellent communication and client management skills in order to maintain positive client relations.
Ability to prioritise a demanding workload and service multiple demands from within the team.
